New Course Content with Partners at Chess4Life

Pictured above is Steve Stookey (CypherWorx Vice President and COO) and Elliot Neff (Chess4Life CEO) at the premier of the film Queen of Katwe! Here is your first look at a featurette from the Disney film! Our partner Chess4Life CEO Elliot Neff traveled to Katwe to help train Phiona, the Grand Master champion who the movie is based upon. CypherWorx partnered with Chess4Life to offer a new online course for after school programs. The course teaches the best practices in developing chess programs while emphasizing and reinforcing important life lessons learned while playing the game.

Instructional Design Updates

New Course Development Updates:

We are currently helping the American Red Cross increase their technological presence. We are testing an online course where learners can take their certificate of completion for the online part of the CPR course, to the in-person second part of the course for CPR certification.

Programming Updates: Discussion Feature

  • User profile images now display next to the author's post.
  • Links added leading to profile pages.
    Locked topic reply button is now grayed out instead of hidden.
  • Replies are directly on the page rather than on a new page.
    Multiple file uploads are allowed on the same page.
  • Topics can now be trending.
  • Improved character limit detection, cross-browser fixes, and improved accessibility.
